Do you sell or share personal data?

No. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. The subprocessors that help us run the service are listed in the signed DPA, along with what each one receives.

How do I ask for my data to be deleted?

Through the contact page. If your data sits on a customer's account rather than ours (because a company you dealt with uses Hyperdial) we pass the request to them and help them action it.

Which document wins if they disagree?

A signed order form or master agreement, then the DPA, then the terms. If you are not sure which applies to your account, ask us and we will tell you rather than leaving it to interpretation.

Can we sign your DPA, or do you sign ours?

Either. Ours is issued during procurement and covers what most reviews ask for. If your legal team would rather paper it on your own template, send it over and we will work through it.

Who is responsible for consent, us or you?

You are. You hold the relationship with the person being contacted and you decide who goes on a list. We give you the tooling to record consent, honour requests to opt out and prove both afterwards.

Your best rep already knows how to close. Let everyone else in on it.
