Sorted by who is asking. If you are mid-problem, the fastest route is usually the section that matches your role rather than the search box.
On the phone, today.
Coaching, scorecards and approvals.
Accounts, numbers and integrations.
If none of these is your problem, contact support — a person will answer.
Contact support →Approved changes apply to calls that start after the approval, never to calls already in progress. If a rep is on a long call they will see the previous version until they hang up. If it has been longer than that, check the version history — an approval that was saved as a draft looks identical until you open it.
Porting timelines are set by the losing carrier, not by us, and India also requires KYC and DLT registration to clear first. The number page shows which step it is on. Your old numbers keep working throughout, so there is no gap in service while you wait.
Almost always an expired OAuth token after a password change or an admin being deactivated on the CRM side. Reconnect from the integration page — the sync log will show the exact rejection, and queued changes are replayed once the connection is restored.
Not by default. Reps see their own calls, team leads see their team's, and anything wider is granted explicitly and logged. If a rep can see more than they should, check their role rather than the campaign settings.
Delete the contact. That removes the recordings, transcripts, scores and CRM mirror for that person, and completes within the window in the DPA. It is a real deletion and cannot be undone, so export first if you need a record that the request was fulfilled.
