Approve what the AI agent is allowed to say
The agent learns from your closers, then waits for a human to approve the playbook before it runs on a live call.
The AI agent does not invent a script. It reads the calls your best reps already made, proposes a playbook, and then stops — nothing reaches a live call until a manager approves it.
Review a proposed playbook
- Open AI agent → Playbooks. Anything awaiting review is marked Proposed.
- Read the summary, which names the calls the proposal was drawn from.
- Open any of those calls to hear the moment a line was learned from.
- Edit any wording you would not want said. Edits are kept as yours and are not overwritten by later learning.
- Select Approve, or Send back with a note explaining what to change.
What you can see afterwards
- Every call the playbook was used on, with the transcript and the point it deviated.
- Which version of the playbook ran, so a change in outcome can be traced to a change in wording.
- A one-click rollback to the previously approved version.
